With over 17 years of experience in UX design, I am obsessed over a customer experience. I always prioritize understanding the problem before seeking a solution. I am passionate about crafting inclusive, engaging, and delightful user experiences. My objective is to design products that not only are loved by users but also enhance their lives by making them easier.
I take great pleasure in assisting other designers in improving their skills. Witnessing their success is what motivates me to continue excelling in my role as a designer.

Conducting user interviews is an essential part of product development. I love talking to users and hearing their feedback. It helps me understand what they need and how we can improve our products.

I’m passionate about sharing knowledge and am always excited when the opportunity comes to share my thoughts with others. I’ve had many chances over these past few years that allowed me not only to talk at company summits or team meetings but also engage in conversations 1-1, which has been so rewarding for both employee engagement purposes as well showcasing what we’re all working toward together.

Sketching & drawing
Sketching is a great way to communicate ideas. I find that it really helps me to visualize what I’m thinking, and then I can share those ideas with others more easily.
It’s also a lot of fun! I love exploring different ways to sketch and play with different mediums. It’s a great way to express my creativity.
I’m all about paper, notes, and sketching
I’m really into paper crafts and sketching. I love making paper prototypes and trying out different design ideas on paper first. It’s a great way to explore creativity and get a feel for how something will look and work before committing to it.
My hobbies or what I do when I don’t work
I’m creating jewelry and selling it online.
I have a little store on Etsy. Creating jewelry is my favorite thing. I love coming up with new designs and seeing them come to life. It’s so satisfying to know that people are wearing my jewelry and enjoying it.

I have a Domestika subscription and I enjoy it immensely. I love learning new skills and techniques and experimenting with different mediums. Whether it’s painting, photography, sculpture, or anything else, I’m always excited to explore the world of art.
I enjoy running.
Earlier this year, I ran 10k at Montreal’s marathon. Participating in the marathon was a fantastic experience. I’m looking forward to running more races in the future, maybe a half marathon in 2023.
