Hi, I'm Olga.

Staff Product Designer

I bridge design and engineering to turn complex B2B problems into intuitive, production-ready products. Heavy data, two-sided workflows, and systems that don't forgive mistakes.

What I bring

Senior craft, end to end.

From early research to shipped product - across B2B, data-heavy workflows, and AI-powered features.

User research

Interviews, affinity mapping, field visits, support-ticket analysis, and post-launch behavioural tracking. I research before I design and after I ship.

Systems thinking

I design across platforms, not just within them - cross-platform data flows, two-sided experiences, legacy constraints, and disconnected data models.

Design leadership

Hired and grew a 3-person design team. I mentor actively on ADPList and facilitate co-creation workshops with product and engineering.

Founder mindset

I run Olli Jewelry end-to-end - brand, product photography, store UX, growth. I know what's at stake when design is the whole business.

AI feature design

Designed NuORDER's first AI-powered feature - a chat assistant for enterprise buyers - using predefined prompts to scaffold a brand-new interaction paradigm.

About

17 years in the complexity others avoid.

For the past five years I've led design at Lightspeed and NuORDER on wholesale buying tools for enterprise retailers and brands - AI assistants, a marketplace behind a $100M+ acquisition, cross-platform integrations, and design-system work across a legacy platform.

Outside of work I run Olli Jewelry - it keeps me close to the people I ultimately design for.
