17 years designing complex B2B SaaS products.
I design complex B2B SaaS products and enterprise environments where the users are professionals, the data is heavy, and the workflows don't forgive design mistakes.
For the past five years I've been at Lightspeed and NuORDER (acquired by Lightspeed), leading design on wholesale buying tools for enterprise retailers and brands.
- 01AI chat assistant
NuORDER's first AI-powered feature for enterprise retail buyers.
- 02B2B marketplace
Contributed to a $100M+ acquisition; grew 60× in nine months as an integration.
- 03Cross-platform integrations
Connected two enterprise systems into one seamless buying workflow.
- 04Design system & a11y
From raw CSS to a semantic, accessible token system across a legacy platform.
Before Lightspeed, over a decade across digital agencies and regulated finance, shipping for clients like Hydro-Québec, Videotron, and Publicis Media, and designing UX in the tightly-regulated world of insurance at Intact Financial.
Research before, and after.
I research before I design and after I ship. Interviews and field visits set the direction; post-launch behaviour tells me whether it actually worked and what to fix next.
Design for the other side of the transaction.
Most of my work involves two-sided platforms: marketplaces, integrations, buyer/seller flows. Every decision affects someone who isn't in the room when you make it.
Ship to learn, not to finish.
I've shipped phased features, MVPs, and betas throughout my career. Waiting for perfect means waiting too long. I'd rather get real feedback from real users than resolve every edge case on paper.
Constraints are the brief.
Legacy systems, disconnected data, unclear requirements, tight timelines. These aren't obstacles to work around. They're the actual design problem. My best work came from taking constraints seriously rather than wishing them away.
Design with AI in the loop.
AI is part of how I design now: quick validation of concepts, standing up working prototypes, and analyzing research data faster. It clears the busywork so more of my time goes to judgment and craft.
Turning launches into something you can hold.
I designed custom swag tied to our engineering squad names, Shrimps and Otters, and pitched it to leadership as a way to mark feature launches with something tangible.
Mugs, stickers, hoodies. Small things, but they gave the team a shared identity during a period when we were all working in different cities and time zones. Building remote team and culture is design work too.
Talking and presenting.
I actively seek out opportunities to share knowledge with fellow designers, with cross-functional teams, and with the broader company.
I've presented at company technology summits, led workshop sessions on ideation methods, and run team discussions on design practice. Sharing how I work is part of how I work.

I organize and facilitate cross-functional workshops.
A magazine-based ideation workshop for Belairdirect, using physical materials to generate offer-page concepts for a car–home insurance quote flow.
Getting the team away from screens and into physical materials produces faster, wilder ideas.
What it's like to work with me.
A few words from people I've designed alongside - across teams, companies, and a decade and a half. Pulled from LinkedIn recommendations.
Olga is an exceptional UX professional. As a senior designer, she came in and owned entire pillars of work and always asked questions that would help our team grow and make the product better. She has such great potential as a leader of a design team. I would hire Olga again in a heartbeat.
Olga is a very dynamic person in her work. She has a good methodology all along a project and brings it to its end with success. She gives great feedback, knows how to give direction and make the call when it's needed. A talented UX designer - working with her was a pleasure.
Olga proved herself as a talented and dedicated UX designer and a great team player. She managed to become an indispensable part of every project team she was involved in. With strong leadership and communication skills, she can lead a project to meet its business goal and deliver a superior experience for end-users.
